Lincoln Park High School art students took two of the top three winning spots in the 2003 Congressional Arts Competition through the 5th District Office of Representative Rahm Emanuel. Congratulations to Laura Lefkow for her painting "Chicago Sky," which received first place honors and will be displayed in the Cannon Tunnel of the United States Capitol building in Washington, DC. The third place winner was Natalie Moy. Her drawing will be displayed in Emanuel's office in DC.
