Lincoln Park West Care Center will be hosting its monthly Alzheimer's disease caregiver support group on Wednesday, July 2, at 7 p.m. The group is led by a facilitator trained by the Alzheimer's Association, and will focus on providing support and information to caregivers and loved ones of those suffering from Alzheimer's disease.The group is informal and is at no cost to participants. Also, there is no obligation to attend the meetings each month. The group will discuss issues relevant to Alzheimer's disease with an opportunity to give feedback about possible speakers and presentations for the future. Refreshments will be served.
Lincoln Park West Care Center is a private, skilled care center located at 1901 North Lincoln Park West, where Lincoln Ave., Wisconsin St. and Lincoln Park West intersect. Limited parking is available at the rear of the building. The center can be reached by taking #11, #22, #36 or #151 CTA buses.
