Teens help others in summer work project
On June 29, 15 teens with six adult chaperones from St. Pauls United Church of Christ, 2335 N. Orchard St., left for Cordia, Kentucky, for a mission work week with the Appalachia Service Project. The team helped to build, repair, and rehab housing for three Appalachian families. The young people raised nearly $10,000 to pay for their trip expenses.
