Are you an adult whose parents are experiencing hearing loss as part of the aging process? Adult children are invited to discuss how this issue impacts the family. Participants can share experiences, including: how their parents handle hearing loss; how communication between parents and children is affected; and, how they can encourage their parents to enjoy rewarding lifestyles.
Open to all, Adult Children of Late Deafened Parents will be held at Jewish Family and Community Service, 205 W. Randolph St., Suite 1100. Call for starting date and times. For information, contact Robyn Seidman, LCSW, (312) 263-5523. Adult Children of Late Deafened Parents is sponsored by Jewish Family and Community Service. |
