Sustaining a major, free cultural institution
Ann Kenyeri and Keith Stocker co-chaired ZOOtropolis, presented by the McTigue Financial Group, a black-tie fundraiser for Lincoln Park Zoo. The affair was held on June 6 under a vast tent encompassed by the beauty of the zoo. The event featured a live band, expansive silent auction which alone raised $38,000, live auction, a scrumptious buffet and cocktails courtesy of Diageo. Attracting 950 guests, ZOOtropolis raised approximately $108,000 towards the $500,000 goal of the Auxiliary Board Endowed Fund for Conservation and Science.
