The Jean Albano Gallery announces an exhibition of original artwork by the Pulitzer Prize winning New York cartoonist, author, playwright, and artist Jules Feiffer. The show will run through Saturday, Oct. 18. The gallery is located at 215 W. Superior St.
The exhibition will feature Jules Feiffer’s whimsically elegant drawings of dancers that capture their graceful, energetic movement. The original drawings for his latest children’s book "The House Across the Street," published in 2002, will also be presented at the gallery, as well as selections from his other publications and his famous cartoons.
Gallery hours are Tuesday through Friday from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m., and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., or by appointment. For further information, please contact Jean Broday at (312) 440-0770. |
