Learn about long-term care
On Thursday, Feb. 26, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., attend "What Every Person Should Know About Planning for Long Term Care."
Most people don't like to think about long-term care but the best time to plan for it is before you need it. It is an investment that can give you peace of mind, help secure your future, protect your assets and help you retain your independence. Long-term care is home care and community care, not just nursing homes. This seminar will discuss how to personalize your own long term care plan to include not only nursing home care but, even more important, home care and community care; how to determine your need; and how to select a plan that is affordable.
The free seminar takes place at John Merlo Branch Library, 644 W. Belmont Ave. For reservations, call (773) 248-9593 or fax (773) 248-6534.
