Open casting call for all 'shorts'

The Chicago Film Office announces a call for short films to be considered for the 2004 Chicago Outdoor Film Festival. Selected shorts are screened prior to each evening's feature presentation. The work must be locally produced, under 12 minutes in length and suitable for any audience.
The Chicago Outdoor Film Festival is a presentation of American film classics screened at sundown in Grant Park. In its fourth season, this enormously popular event attracted an average of 30,000 viewers per evening. This year's program begins July 13 for seven consecutive Tuesdays.
Please send a submission on 1/2" videocassette with contact information to: Chicago Film Office, One N. LaSalle St., #2165, Chicago, IL 60602. The submission deadline is Monday, May 3.
