'Naked Boys Singing!' marks anniversary

The smash hit musical "Naked Boys Singing!" will celebrate the beginning of its fourth year this weekend. The anniversary performance on Friday, Sept. 17, will feature a reception with the cast starting at 6 p.m. in the Bailiwick lobby, followed by a "Nearly Naked Cabaret" at 7 p.m. Special guest stars will appear throughout the evening during the performance that starts at 8 p.m. Tickets for the anniversary show are $50 or $75 for priority cabaret table seating.
David Zak directs the Bailiwick production. Robert Ollis remains the Musical Director, with backup support from Richard Schwegel. Ron Guthrie, Doug Williams, and Ben Killey. Sarah Carlson is the production stage manager. Designs are by Bill Morey (costumes) and Eric Appleton and Jared Moore (lights). Choreography is by Andy Delo, with supplemental choreography by Antonio Zayas.
The performance schedule is Fridays ($37) at 7 p.m., Sundays ($32) at 8 p.m., and Saturdays at 9 p.m. ($37). The show will run through New Year’s Eve. Bailiwick Repertory Theater is located at 1229 W. Belmont Ave. For more information, call (773) 883-1090 or visit bailiwick.org.
