Attend a workshop titled "Beyond the Stages of Grief" at Brookdale The Kenwood of Lake View, 3121 N. Sheridan Rd. Karen Horinek, LCPC, the Bereavement Coordinator at Horizon Hospice, will discuss how to assist people through the stages of grief. Learn about common grief reactions and explore current grief counseling theory, learning how to apply it to unique situations and roles when working with people who are hurting or grieving.
