Pre-construction sales are underway at Ashton Lofts, a 41-unit condominium development at 1610 W. Fullerton Ave. in the heart of the Lincoln Park neighborhood.
Plans of the architects, Studio 4:1, call for construction of a modern glass-walled five-story loft-style condominium, said co-developer Teiva Hirshon, partner in Premiere Midwest Developers, LLC, with Elisabeth Hirshon and Steve Mendelsohn.
Teiva Hirshon also was partner in the recently completed 175-unit Park 1500 Lofts and the 150-unit Skytech Lofts in the West Loop. New West Realty is the exclusive sales and marketing agent for the Ashton Lofts.
With demolition now underway, site work is scheduled to begin in March at 1610 W. Fullerton Ave. The 18,750-square-foot site formerly was occupied by the Krivo Industrial Supply Co. building, which will be razed to make way for Ashton Lofts. Initial occupancy is planned for spring of 2006. |
