Circuit Breaker Program assistance will be available on Saturday, March 19, from 9 a.m. to noon in the 47th Ward Public Service Office, 4237 N. Lincoln Ave. A senior affairs representative from the City Clerk’s Office will be at Ald. Gene Schulter’s (47th) office to help senior residents (65 years or older) and the disabled with the application forms for the Circuit Breaker Program. First time applicants should contact Lois Togas from the City Clerk’s Office at (312) 744-2342 to schedule an appointment.
