Her works are in private collections and she has exhibited at the Chicago Cultural Center, the Viet Name Museum and Gallery, the Palette, Pumpernickel Gallery, Union Pier, Michigan, and galleries throughout the country.
Murphy works in a variety of media: Watercolor, Oils, Chinese Brush, and Conte. Many of her landscapes are plein air from Chicago and from trips in Europe and other continents. Also, she will have oil portraits of models in the exhibit. Murphy’s paintings are in corporate offices in several midwestern states and in private collections throughout the country. She has exhibited at Palette & Chisel, Friends of the Arts, and several art shows in the Chicago area. Kids' Pick
"The Cabinet": This adult puppet show is too weird, slow and scary for anyone under 10, but your moody tween will love it. The Victorian goth-chic, the creepy subject matter and the Johnny Depp good looks of the leading puppet will please any kid who likes Tim Burton or shops at Hot Topic.
