Concerned about the proposed CTA service cuts and fare increase scenarios? CTA's Chairman Carole Brown and President Frank Kruesi are to answer questions posed by Aldermen at a Transportation and Pubic Way committee hearing on the Brown Line Expansion Project. Greater Rockwell Organization has been invited to ask one or two questions of their own. The event takes place Friday, April 1, at 10 a.m. in City Hall, 121 N. La Salle St., in the 2nd Floor Council Chambers, and is open to the public.
Also, attend a public hearing at 4 p.m. Thursday, April 7, at CTA headquarters, 567 W. Lake St. The board will hear public comment.
