Kudan Group, Inc. agent James Martin has negotiated the business sale of D’Vine nightclub, 1950 W. North Ave. Martin represented both the seller and the purchaser in the transaction.
The business was purchased by Derek Gifford. Gifford plans to make some cosmetic changes and improvements to the establishment but the club remains open and will continue to operate under its current name.
