Fourth Presbyterian Church, 126 E. Chestnut St., will offer Sunshine from Darkness: Vespers for Mental Illness Recovery and Understanding, on Sunday, May 8, at 6:30 p.m., with Dana Ferguson, executive associate pastor, preaching. At one time or another mental illness affects almost every family. This candlelight service, sponsored by the Center for Whole Health, a program of Chicago Lights at Fourth Presbyterian Church, is in honor of mental illness recovery and understanding.
Chicago Lights at Fourth Presbyterian Church is a nonprofit organization that brings together, under a single banner, the outreach programs of the Center for Older Adults, Partners in Education, the Elam Davies Social Service Center, and the Center for Whole Health.
