The fifth annual Greater Chicago Epilepsy Walk takes place on Saturday, May 21, in Lincoln Park. The 5K (3.1 mile) walk begins at 9:30 a.m., with participant check-in starting at 8 a.m. Refreshments and family-friendly entertainment will follow the walk. Individuals may sign up online at www.epilepsychicago.org. Registration forms are also available at Jewel-Osco locations. Registration is $25 for adults and teens 13 and older, and $15 for children ages 7-12. There is no registration fee for children 6 and under.
