Have you always wanted to try yoga? Saint Joseph Hospital is offering a 10-week Hatha Yoga class for adults age 61 and younger from 10 to 11 a.m. Sundays beginning July 3 and from 11:15 to 12:15 p.m. Saturdays starting July 9 in the Boikan Conference Center of the hospital, 2900 N. Lake Shore Drive. Join Certified Yoga Instructor Diane Banducci to learn Hatha Yoga stretching and breathing techniques to increase flexibility, ease tension and stress. The class fee is $80.
