Have you always wanted to try yoga? Saint Joseph Hospital is offering a 10-week Hatha Yoga class for adults age 62 and older from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturdays beginning July 9 in the Boikan Conference Center of the hospital, 2900 N. Lake Shore Drive. Join Certified Yoga Instructor Diane Banducci to learn Hatha Yoga stretching and breathing techniques to increase flexibility, ease tension and stress. The class fee is $60.
