A Newborn Care class is being offered from 7 to 9:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 12, in the Boikan Conference Center of Saint Joseph Hospital, 2900 N. Lake Shore Drive. The class examines the care and needs of newborns and provides moms and their partners with important knowledge for the first months of parenthood. It's highly recommended for new parents and is also an excellent class for grandparents, nannies and other caregivers. There is a $15 fee.
