Did you just find out that you are pregnant? Attend an early pregnancy class from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 13, in the Boikan Conference Center of Saint Joseph Hospital, 2900 N. Lake Shore Drive. This class helps women in their first and second trimesters understand what they can expect in the months ahead. Participants will learn about common pregnancy related discomforts, fetal well-being, nutritional needs, exercise recommendations and routine prenatal tests.
