Take part in a unique event on Friday, July 1, from 7 to 8:30 p.m., as the Chopping Block, 4747 N. Lincoln Ave., welcomes back the monks from the Drepung Gomang Monastery. They will chant and present cooking demonstrations of traditional Tibetan dishes. The cost is $30 and all proceeds go to the monks' food foundation.
