Hop in your ride and head over to the Lincoln Square Classic Car Show and Pinewood Derby. Check out the Classics, Hot Rods, Customs, Antiques and more, brought to you by the Lincoln Square Chamber of Commerce and Showcase Classics. For the first time, the Car Show will feature a Pinewood Derby race. So, dust off your old Pinewood Derby racers, or purchase a kit at the Car Show — kids and grownups are welcome to enter!
The Lincoln Square Classic Car Show and Pinewood Derby will take place Sunday, Aug. 14, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the CORUS Bank parking lot at 4800 N. Western Ave. Pinewood Derby races are right next door at McDonald's, and weigh-in starts at noon.
