Corn Productions will hold its eighth annual Golden Cobbie Awards Show fundraiser at Spin nightclub, 800 W. Belmont Ave., from 7 to 10 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 18. The festivities include an awards show featuring the best moments from Corn's 2004-05 theater season performed live. The show will also feature a silent auction, raffle, free food and beverages, music and merriment. Prizes include a night's stay at Chicago's Hansen House Inn, a personal trainer from Bally's, tickets to theatre, and gift certificates to restaurants.
