Condominium shoppers seeking spacious residences now may choose from a limited number of combination units at Ashton Lofts, a 39-unit luxury development now under construction at 1610 W. Fullerton Ave.
"Several prospective buyers have asked about the availability of 2-bedroom-plus-den and 3-bedroom residences at Ashton Lofts," said co-developer Teiva Hirshon, partner in Premiere Midwest Developers, LLC with Elisabeth Hirshon and
Steve Mendelsohn.
"As a result, we have asked our architects to design two new floor plans for a pair of 2-bedroom-plus-den and 3-bedroom residences on both the third and fourth floors at Ashton Lofts," Hirshon said.
Each combination floor plan was created by merging the space of three adjoining residences' 1-bedroom and 1-bedroom-plus-den layouts to develop two new, larger luxury floor plans, Hirshon said.
Units 309 and 409, with the 2-bedroom-plus-den plan, each have two full baths and 1,520 square feet. Each is priced from $436,900.
Units 308 and 408, with the 3-bedroom, 2-bath layout, feature 1,650 square feet each. These are priced from $473,900.
Sales are approaching the 60-percent mark at Ashton Lofts, and construction is moving rapidly ahead. The first residences will be ready in spring of 2006.
Ashton Lofts is being developed on the former site of Krivo Industrial Supply Co. |
