Nice to hear from you. I was out of my office yesterday and unable to respond to your email.
Suffice it to say I disagree with almost everything in your email. I am very disheartened by my colleague Mr. Clune's statements if in fact he made them. I thought we had been cooperating and I never heard back from him. I remain ready and willing to open the books and records of the organization to anyone interested in reviewing them including Mr. Clune.
You really should take the time to get to know this board. In my experience with non profits this is one of the most conscientious, able, dedicated groups I have worked with. They were given some bad advice by previous accountants and attorneys and are doing their level best to right the ship.
After some difficult months they have voted on very workable, operational bylaws and are looking forward to an election. I am proud of the work they have put in.
