Classified/Service Directory Advertising Rates
Appearing in the Inside weekly newspaper
and on the Web at www.insideonline.com.


Deadlines

  • Insertion orders/ space reservations: Newspaper: Friday 5 pm; Camera-ready art: Monday 5 pm. Classified/Service Directory: Monday 5 pm

  • Summer Activity Guide: 14 days prior to Memorial Day.

  • Website & Online Activity Guide: 9 am daily M-F. Holiday schedules may vary. Ad copy changes must be made prior to published deadlines. Inside reserves the right to refuse any and all advertising or content.

  • Proof Schedule An advertiser will be supplied proofs, upon request, for correction of typographical errors. A charge will be made for proofs supplied in quantity. Ad copy received before deadline on any working day (except Monday) will receive a proof prior to publication. Ad proofs available to all advertisers. Ad positioning requests will be considered based on available space (no charge.) Guaranteed position–20% in addition to regular cost per ad.

  • Errors If an error occurs on our part in a listing our liability is limited to the charge of the advertisement.

  • Credit Prepayment required (policy firm) for all advertisements contracted for at time of registration. All exceptions must have management approval.


  • Advertising Agencies Agencies (Qualified Only) submitting camera-ready materials receive a 15% commission based on full rates only.
Non-profit Organizations
Non-profits (qualified only) receive a 15% discount.
Inside reserves right of approval on all copy
submitted with organization stationery.
