DEADLINES

Classified Ads—5 p.m. Monday (Wednesday Publication) Display and Service Ads—5 p.m. Friday (Wednesday Publication) Holiday schedules vary

POLICIES AD COPY—

Changes may be made on a weekly basis (no charge)

AD PROOFS—

Available to advertisers registering and prepaying seven days prior to publication. A charge will be made for proofs supplied in quantity.

AD POSITIONING—

Requests will be considered based on space available (no charge). Placement guarantees 20% in addition to regular cost per ad.

CREDIT

PREPAYMENT REQUIRED (Policy Firm)—

For all advertisements contracted for at time of registration. All exceptions must have management approval.

ADVERTISING AGENCIES (Qualified Only)—

Submitting camera ready materials receive a 15% commission based on Full Rates Only.

NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION (Qualified Only)—

Publisher reserves right of approval on all copy submitted with organization stationery. 15% discount applies to all advertisements.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Prices indicate single insertion rates, camera ready ads (proper size and bordered) and prepayment only. Inserts @ $45.00 per 1000 (7 day notice required) 10” x 13” maximum size (5000 minimum run). Full color $600—spot color @ $150 (color separation and ad cost not included). See frequency discounts and combination rates for extra savings. Legal Notices—Three insertions and notarized--$105.00. We accept MC, Visa and Discover with all orders (minimum order $10).
