Exotic expedition planned for ball benefiting CMH

Hilary Sallerson and Mimi Sherman are co-chairs for the 2005 Children's Ball, which is expected to attract a crowd of more than 1,000 guests. This year marks the 47th annual edition of this gala fundraiser, one of the most popular social events of the year.



Mark your calendars on Saturday, Dec. 10, for the 2005 Children's Ball, the annual fundraiser sponsored by the Medical Research Institute Council (MRIC) which supports research initiatives at Children's Memorial Hospital. Swingin' Safari is the theme of this year's ball, which promises guests an exotic and elegant evening. The Children's Ball caps off the year-long fundraising campaign of the Medical Research Institute Council (MRIC) which is a principal benefactor of the Children's Research Center, one of a handful of free-standing centers in the nation dedicated solely to pediatric research.
