A Newborn Care class is being offered from 7 to 9:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 15, in the Boikan Conference Center of Saint Joseph Hospital, 2900 N. Lake Shore Dr. The class examines the care and needs of newborns and provides moms and their partners with important knowledge for the first months of parenthood. Highly recommended for new parents, this is also an excellent class for grandparents, nannies and other caregivers. There is a $15 fee and space is limited.
