St. James Lutheran School, 2101 N. Fremont St., presents their annual Neighborhood Christmas Festival from noon to 3 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 3, and from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 4. The event includes a visit from Santa, a free children's crafts area, shopping in Santa's workshop, many hand-made gift items, and snacks at the Christmas cafe. All are welcome.
