Lake Shore Dr. Find out your risk factor profile for heart disease by signing up for this screening, which includes a full cholesterol test (HDL, LDL, triglycerides), an electrocardiogram (12-lead EKG), a blood pressure screening and a heart-risk appraisal. A cardiologist, a dietitian and an exercise physiologist will review test results and provide information about leading a heart-healthy lifestyle during a follow-up session at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 11.
