The Handlebar Bar & Grill, 2311 W. North Ave., hosts a Chicagoland Bicycle Federation Happy Hour 4 to 7 p.m. the first Wednesday of each month. All members get a free quesadilla and are asked to pay for drinks and other food at the bar. This smoke-free restaurant serves mostly vegetarian food in a bicycle-themed atmosphere with furniture made from recycled bicycle parts.
