Phenix, a Chicago chamber music ensemble, will present a concert at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 21, at Saint Luke Church, 1500 W. Belmont Ave. The group, Nell Flanders, violin, Craig Trompeter, cello and Beth Bryngelson, flute, along with guest artist Andrea Swan on piano, will offer a collection of musical fantasies with works by Telemann, Schumann, Janeck, Doppler, Reicha and Bridge. General admission is $15. Seniors and students with valid ID pay $5. There is free parking in the bank lot immediately west of the church, and the church has wheel-
