Emergency Housing Assistance Program (EHAP)

Forgivable loans are available to low-income homeowners to address dangerous, hazardous, or life-threatening conditions in single family properties (one- to four-units). The heating emergency program is available from Nov. 1, 2001-March 31, 2002.

Please note that heating emergency help is limited to homes that have not received prior assistance.
