Christian Bailey, former Gibson's Steakhouse chef at the Rush Street location and also formerly of Hugo's Frog Bar on Rush Street, is the new lessee of the restaurant and bar space at 4300 N. Lincoln Ave. The location was formerly Bransfield's, a neighborhood bar and grill. The landlord is Mehmed Kljako, president of FTB LLC.
Bailey plans to completely renovate the space and open a pizza bar and grill named Feed the Beast. In addition to serving pizza, Bailey plans to offer a full menu of eclectic American fare as well as a selection of wines and beers on tap at the bar. The restaurant is tentatively scheduled to open this month. |
