Lincoln Park Chamber to host Heart of the Park Gala

The Lincoln Park Chamber of Commerce will be hosting the third annual Heart of the Park Gala on Feb. 22, from 7 p.m. - midnight at the Chicago Historical Society, Clark at North Avenue.

The Heart of the Park Gala is held annually to raise proceeds for Chamber and community projects as well as to benefit a local non-profit organization—this year’s recipient is PAWS (Pets Are Worth Saving). PAWS works to end the unnecessary killing of adoptable pets and works to educate the community on animal abuse and neglect.

The affair will be optional black-tie featuring special guest emcee, Walter Jacobson of FOX32 News, live entertainment by TenCat and live and silent auctions. There will be an open bar as well as catered fare from some of Lincoln Park’s premier restaurants, including Café Ba Ba Reeba, Geja’s Café,. Four Farthings, Rudi Fazuli’s Adobo Grill, Vinci, Tarantino’s, Thai Wild Ginger, Chocolateer Confections and Blue Plate Catering.
