Free concerts, movies, water fun at North Side Parks

North Side residents can head to their local parks for a number of free, outdoor activities throughout the summer months. The Chicago Park District’s Concerts in the Park series, for instance, begins its song on May 30. Following is a listing of Concerts in the Park dates, locations and bands:

Water Parks

Can’t make it to the lakefront? Starting on May 25, Chicagoans will be able to cool off at interactive water play areas. Boasting colorful arching jets, umbrella sprays, pipe falls and bubbler jets, the Chicago Park District water parks have free admission. Hours vary by location.
