A police community alert has been issued for a white male, 35 to 45 years old, 5'11" to 6' and 160 to 180 lb., with short blonde or strawberry hair, blue eyes and a light complexion, who was last seen wearing a dirty green shirt and blue jeans.
On Wednesday, July 12, at 6:20 p.m., in the 4700 block of N. Lincoln Ave., the alleged offender grabbed a child and said, "Come with me." The victim broke free and ran into a nearby store for help.
