Last month Artmark sold its building in the 1700 block of N. Clybourn Ave. to Cambridge homes.
This month, construction has begun to refit the former factory for mixed use.
Trader Joe's is reportedly interested in a site on the second floor. Trader Joe's has requested a packaged liquor license that is incidental to the sale of other food items. They have also requested 59 parking spaces for customers.
