Give Peace a Chance

More than 1,000 people descended on Daley Plaza to protest the war March 16, and among them was a group of ceremonial Aztec dancers called Ocelotl—Chuacoatl. Pictured is Ian Cabrales. The protesters marched on Dearborn St., Wacker Dr., Michigan Ave., and Randolph St. back to Daley Plaza. Ald. Helen Shiller (46th) and author Studs Terkel spoke along with 34 others.
